For Beggs Equipment to meet this certification requirement, the invoice shall reflect that no Sales Tax has been charged on machinery and equipment qualifying for this exemption. Violation hereof by the purchaser or seller shall be a misdemeanor, and upon violation or conviction for a second offense, the Arkansas Revenue Commissioner shall revoke the Seller's Sales Tax Permit.
