The buyer must be aware that any false representation made in an attempt to purchase farm machinery and equipment free from Arkansas Sales Tax is a misdemeanor. Beggs Equipment shall certify to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration that the contract price of the items has been reduced to grant the full benefit of exemption. For Beggs Equipment to meet this certification requirement, the invoice shall reflect that no Sales Tax has been charged on machinery and equipment qualifying for this exemption. Violation hereof by the purchaser or seller shall be a misdemeanor, and upon violation or conviction for a second offense, the Arkansas Revenue Commissioner shall revoke the Seller's Sales Tax Permit.
